Hi, the brace is great (when I remember to put it on) I have lover back pain and pain in between in my shoulders blades and the pressure the brace gives me in between my shoulders feels good. If I follow the instructions and wear everyday for a bit I believe that the shoulder pain will go away. My lower back pain is due to an accident so that probably will never go away but the support the brace gives is awesome.

I love it! This thing works wonders and it's been keeping my posture correct for most of the day. I got used to it and now find it comfortable wearing it almost all day. I notice a big difference in energy and easier breathing. I also noticed that i walk better now and keep my shoulders backwards. Definitely recommended!
