The website identified by the uniform resource locator www.mexten.com (the “Site“)is operated by MEXTEN LLC. (the “MEXTEN“). This Terms and Conditions Agreement (the ” Agreement“) is entered into between you as the buyer (the “Buyer”) of the Site.

The Site provides its services to you subject to the notices, terms, and conditions set forth in the below agreement. Accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the site indicates your agreement to all the terms and conditions in this agreement. Please read this agreement carefully before accessing or using the site. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

Mexten reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to the site. 1. Online Shopping Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use Mexten’s products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

2. General Conditions

Mexten reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the site through which the service is provided, without the written permission by us. The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

3. Reviews, Comments, Communications, and Other Content.

Visitors may post reviews about the product and can add personal information such as names and addresses to customize merchandise for purchase; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information. Please act responsibly when using the Services. You may only use our Services and its contents for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable law. Additionally, you agree that you will not and will not attempt to:

provide content that is illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable;

provide content that consists of or contains software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam”; or

use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content.

We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, but do not review all posted content.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide, and Our shipping time is usually within 7-10 business days to the USA, and 12-15 business days to other countries. However, it may take up to 6 weeks to arrive depending on your location and how long it takes to get through customs.

     5. CHANGES ON ORDERS

Buyers are allowed to make changes to orders placed, within 24 hours of making their purchases and before the orders are fulfilled. Additional charges will be incurred by the buyers for any changes made to the orders after 24 hours of making their purchases. 

Buyers are not allowed to cancel their purchases after the orders are placed.

     6. RETURNS POLICY

You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Process for returning an item :

1. Make sure it meets the criteria for a valid return
2. Send us a message at [email protected] indicating the intent to return the item. Please include the following in the email :

• Photo/video of the item depending on the item
• Tags and labels attached

We will respond you on a business day within 24 hours and assist you in processing the return of the purchased item.

If your return request is accepted, you should return back the item(s) within 7 days.

• Please ensure that if you are returning product(s), they should be in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with their original packaging (if applicable)

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost

• Original shipping charges will not be refunded

As soon as we receive the item as-shipped condition, we will refund you the purchase price and inform you via email.

 

ACCEPTABLE RETURN REASONS

Your return can only be approved based on the following reasons:

	Defective	The product does not function as described in its manufacturer specification
	Incorrect/wrong item	Not the product the customer ordered (e.g. wrong size or wrong color)
	Missing items/parts	Missing items/parts as indicated in the packaging
	Does not fit*	A customer receives the size that was ordered but it does not fit*
	Website error	The product does not match website specifications, description, or image (this issue is attributable to a website error/misinformation)
